Hi, i’m isabella.
I started running in my 30s, around a full-time job, a busy schedule, and no athletic background – like many of the women I now write for.
Instead of chasing quick results, I focused on building a routine I could realistically maintain. Over time, that consistency led me to a 21:03 5K and a 1:38 half marathon.
I’m also a certified nutritionist, which helped me understand how training, fueling, and recovery all play a role – especially for women. But more than anything, my approach comes from lived experience: learning how to make running work around real life, not the other way around.
Her Pace Run Club is for women at any stage of their journey who want to stay consistent and build a sustainable running routine – without pressure.

The Core of what I do
habits that last
I love what running gives us women – not just fitness, but focus, balance, and confidence that shows up in other areas of our life.
I believe in showing up without comparison, running at your own pace, and building habits that support you long-term, not just for a season.
Run your own journey.
